At Gamerz Swag, we offer you PayPal Express Checkout. You can rest easy knowing that Gamerz Swag's trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. PayPal site is highly secure. It uses industry-leading technology (such as SSL) to keep your information safe. 

Can I pay using a Credit/Debit Card?

Yes! you don't necessarily need a PayPal account to complete your purchase. You can also pay with your Visa, Master or other card via PayPal Express Checkout. Once you enter shipping details and proceed with PayPal Express Checkout you will see the option to use Credit/Debit card for payment.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my items?

We have warehouses all over the world so that we can ship items to you no matter where you live. The vast majority of our customers receive their items within 25 days. Most customers receive their orders much sooner than that.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: This includes order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The warehouse processes the orders, which takes 2 to 7 days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to your door. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Where can I track my item(s)?

We don't have a customer-facing tracking system in place at this time, but we are working towards making that happen. Until then you can track your order here

What if I don't receive my item(s)?

While most of our customers receive their items quickly, mistakes do happen. If you do not receive your order within 25 days, simply contact us.

I messed up my delivery address, what do I do?

Not to worry. As long as you contact us within 2 hours of placing your order regarding the error in your address, we can change it for you. Just email us your full, correct address along with your order number and we can update your details.

Once an order has been sent out from our warehouse, changes to the order cannot be made.

I messed up my billing address, what do I do?

Billing addresses are currently not editable. This is to prevent the risk of fraud.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

I don’t like my item. Can I return it?

We do not accept returns, but we do offer refunds. If your item is damaged, defective, or doesn't match the description, you are eligible for a reshipment of the item and a full refund. 

To claim the reshipment or refund, please email us a clear photo of the item showing that it is damaged, defective, or doesn't match the description with in 3 days after delivery.

Please email us immediately if you have not received your refund after 14 working days. If possible, please provide us with any screenshots of the transaction, as this will speed up our investigation. 

How long do refunds take?

Refunds take up to 14 working days, depending on the method you used to pay for your items.
